Leadership (Minor)

The Minor in Leadership enhances a student's potential for professional development in a number of fields.

Familiarize yourself with the concepts and practices surrounding leadership. Students minoring in leadership will explore the contemporary theories and complexities of leadership, with a strong emphasis on leadership theory application and practical experience.

Beyond core leadership principles, students have the opportunity to customize this minor by incorporating a variety of studies ranging from organizational behavior, to communication, to ethics, to problem solving, to management. Take a macro view of leadership through political science coursework exploring political philosophy, politics and public policy, and democracy.
